(NECN) - MIT students are defending some of their hacking research that uncovered flaws in the MBTA Charlie card system that could lead to free rides. But one of those students tells the Boston Herald they contacted the "T" first and felt the issue was resolved. The MBTA now has 10 days to review the students findings.
