(NECN: Phoenix, AZ) - Lights in the sky above Phoenix have an entire city talking. Take a look at this video. Tony Toporek caught these lights on home video -- 15 minutes worth.
He was looking south and saw four lights in a diamond shape. That then moved to a cup shape.
Each light slowly started to fade, but once they disappeared, one reappeared.
Eyewitnesses say the lights never seemed to drop too far in elevation, but instead moved horizontal and vertical.
So far, no one knows the reason behind the lights.
