(John Moroney, NECN:Boston, Mass.) - The 112th Boston Marathon is on Monday and runners from around the world have already started arriving in the Hub.

One of those runners, cycling champ Lance Armstrong, took some time out from training to visit some people on the front lines in the battle against cancer.

On Friday morning, the marathon's elite runners were introduced. They come from all over the world. The prize money is impressive but so are the accolades for winning Boston.
