(NECN) - Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers talks about winning the Eastern Conference finals against the Detroit Pistons.

The Celtics beat the Pistons 89-81 to end the series 4-2.

At the end of the third quarter, it looked like the Pistons were stealing the game. The Celtics however, rebounded in the fourth, scoring 9 points in less than 2 minutes and going on a 19-4 run.
