Free running: the cool way to get around

(NECN/ABC) - It grew out of neighborhoods in Paris and into an international art form. It is called free running, and you've seen it before.

Big time commercials and films, such as the James Bond movie Casino Royale featured free running.

Urban Freeflow promotes the sport worldwide, and the first ever Free Running World Championships were held this year.

ABC's Jonathan Bierman has a report.
