(NECN) - At the Beijing Olympics, Michael Phelps is one Gold medal closer to Olympic history.
He picked up his third Gold of the Olympics and set a world record, winning the 200 meter freestyle.
One more Gold and he'll become the winningest Olympian ever.
Two of his teammates also found success at the Water-cube.
Aaron Peirsol won a Gold medal with a world record time in the 100 meter backstroke.
On the women's side, Natalie Couglhlin also took Gold in the 100 meter backstroke.
