(NECN/ABC) - The guessing game is over, and Oklahoma City has decided on what to name their transplanted NBA team.
As many speculated, franchise officials announced the team will be called Thunder, after leaving behind the name, logo and colors of the Seattle SuperSonics -- but still taking the players and coaches to Oklahoma.
The team colors will be blue, red and orange to coincide with the main color of Oklahoma's state flag.
