NECN meteorologist Mark Rosenthal says tonight will have rain showers developing from west to east, becoming steadier. Rain changing to snow in Northern and Central New England between 5 and 7 AM. Lows in the 30s and 40s. Saturday will have a rainy start south, snow central and north. Gray, raw day of showers and drizzle until late afternoon in eastern areas, drying with a few breaks of afternoon sun west. Highs in the 30s east, 40s west.
