NECN meteorologist Tim Kelley says any lingering early morning rain in Eastern New England quickly gives way to breaks of sun and windy but mild conditions on Saturday. Bubbling clouds produce scattered rain showers and thunderstorms from west to east late in the afternoon and evening. Highs around 70.
