(NECN) - NECN meteorologist Matt Noyes is calling for a pleasant blend of sun and building clouds today with a chance of afternoon and evening showers in far southern New England and perhaps a few showers in the mountains, highs in the middle 60s, on average, upper 50s in the North Country and Connecticut.
