(NECN) - NECN meteorologist Matt Noyes says a severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for parts of Southern Vermont. Flash flood warnings are in effect for Southeastern Massachusetts and Central Barnstable County. A thunderstorm cell is developing over Boston at this time. Norfolk County is under a severe thunderstorm warning.
