(NECN) - NECN meteorologist Matt Noyes is calling for a cloudy start today, then emerging sun with most of the stubborn clouds in Southeastern Massachusetts. There's a chance of a late-day scattered shower or storm near the South Coast, especially in Connecticut, mostly sunny in Northern New England, highs in the upper 70s to near 80.
