(NECN) - NECN meteorologist Tim Kelley is calling for a partly cloudy and chilly evening, lows ranging from the single digits north to the low 20s along the south coast. Tuesday there will be a mix of clouds and sun with snow bursts developing in the mountains and spreading across the remainder of New England by night, highs mostly in the 30s.
