Matt tells us of a key rhyming phrase: "Turn around, don't drown".
In other words, do not drive through overflowing streams, brooks or rivers. You may not reach your intended destination, but you are more likely to remain safe.
As we learned today, driving through an overflowing stream can be deadly.
