(NECN) - Meteorologist Tim Kelley says Thursday will be windy, and heavy rain will slowly move from west to east.

Flooding is likely, especially in Central and Western New England. Highs in the middle to upper 70s. Wind from the south-southeast at 15-30 mph with gusts to 50 mph at times.
