NECN meteorologist Tim Kelley says tonight will be mostly clear with a few increasing clouds late, lows in the teens north, 20s south. Friday will have increasing clouds with rain developing in Southern New England late morning to midday. Burst of sleet and freezing rain changing to rain in Central New England, snow/sleet in freezing rain North Country. Mountains of NH and ME should see 6+ of snow before a change to sleet and freezing rain late. Highs in the 40s south, 30s central, around 30 north.
