(NECN: Planadas, Colombia) - Dozens of people were injured when the stands collapsed at a Colombian bull fighting contest Monday.
One injured spectator, Edna Patricia Guzman said it was a packed audience. "The organizers kept letting more people come, so it was a very strong fall, " Guzman said. "Three rings fell over me as well as some other people and two babies."
Rescue workers and local residents helped people at the scene, while the injured were taken to the local hospital.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
