(Chet Report, NECN) - Last fall, the U.S. State Department announced a Public-Private Partnership for Justice Reform in Afghanistan.
The goal is to get America's legal community involved in rebuilding Afghanistan's justice system.
Two members of the project's Executive Committee, former Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts Kerry Healey and Judge David Carter, a U.S. District Court Judge from the Central District of California, join NECN's Chet Curtis.
