    Vermont Gubernatorial Debate Grabs Attention of Internet, "Daily Show"

    Vermont's gubernatorial debate last week grabbed some headlines outside of the Green Mountain State - but not for the policies discussed.

    Many political observers on Twitter and around the Internet enjoyed watching some of the more colorful candidates running for governor.

    During the debate last Thursday, Republican hopeful Scott Milne had a moment where he was having trouble remembering where he was born, which ended up being featured on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart's "Moment of Zen" segment.

    "Third generation, born in Vermont," Milne said, but then paused before adding, "Ah, take that back, I was born in Brooklyn."
