Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren is responding after two banks reportedly chose to halt campaign contributions to Democrats, unless Warren and an Ohio senator become less vocal about wanting to break up large financial institutions.

Warren has since asked her supporters to help raise the $30,000 that JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup are allegedly withholding from the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, according to the Boston Globe.

"Well forget it. They can threaten or bully or say whatever they want, but we aren't going to change our game plan. It’s up to us to fight back," Sen. Warren said in a statement on her Facebook page.

Reuters reports that Goldman Sachs and Bank of America also had problems with Warren's rhetoric.
