(NECN: New Orleans, Louisiana) - Solemn ceremonies were held in New Orleans, Louisiana Friday on the third anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
An early morning symbolic burial service was held in honor of the
unclaimed bodies left behind by the deadly Katrina in 2005.

New Orleans
Mayor Ray Nagin talked about how the city has held together and must
continue to do so in the face of future storms and adversity.
New Orleans is preparing for a possible hit from Gustav, which was at
tropical storm strength as of Friday morning. The National Guard has
begun moving into the city, and evacuation plans are being firmed up.
Gustav is projected to hit Louisiana early next week.
