(NECN: Wilmington, North Carolina) - Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama held a town hall meeting at the Trask Coliseum in Wilmington, North Carolina on Monday.
"We should be providing a world-class education for every child, not just some children," said Obama. We shouldn't just be talking about how great teachers are, we should be rewarding them."
"We can make college affordable...in exchange for community service...we'll invest in you, you invest in America," said Obama.
"I will bring this war to an end in 2009," said the Senator. "We have to treat our veterans with honor and respect."
