Celebrity Chef Opens Pop-up Restaurant at Eataly Boston

Boston-based celebrity chef Michael Schlow has brought his culinary expertise to Eataly at the Prudential Center.

Schlow opened "Via Emilia" on Feb. 1. It's a two-month pop-up restaurant where "La Cucina" had been located in Eataly's Piazza.

Schlow told NBC Boston he "could not be more excited."

"I get to take over La Cucina, and do all the foods of Emilia-Romagna, which is one of the greatest parts of Italy for food, for sure," he explained.

NBC Boston's Jackie Bruno got to try a few of the items on the menu, like the Ravoli Verde, the Cotechino with lentils and the Duck Liver Crostini.

Schlow said he'll be teaching classes in Eataly's cooking school as well. For more information, click here.
