DraftKings to Announce New Consumer Protection Rules

Those rules were proposed by Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey

Boston-based DraftKings is expected to announce new consumer protection rules Friday, according to the Boston Globe.

Those rules were proposed by Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey.

They include identifying highly experienced players and banning software that lets players enter hundreds of fantasy line-ups.

DraftKings is opposed to some of Healey's regulations such as restricting players to those older than 21.

This comes as the daily fantasy sports site disputes claims their daily contests are illegal gambling.
