BBJ reporter Jessica Bartlett joined necn to discuss, saying that the fees associated with the ACA are the biggest set back for companies like Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

In addition, Fallon Health and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care have had financial setbacks that are partially attributed to high costs of hepatitis C medications.
