How Frustrating is Logan Airport?

A new index from Bloomberg Businessweek ranks Boston's Logan Airport as only the 23rd most frustrating airport in the country.

Topping the list is LaGuardia in New York, followed by Newark, Dulles, O'Hare and JFK.

Each airport received a frustration score of 1 to 100 based on the time it takes to travel there, how difficult security checks are, terminal quality, bathrooms, shopping and how often flights are late.

Logan received a 46.4 ranking, putting it close the middle of the 36 airports included. It also ranked as the easiest airport to commute to. It received fairly high rankings for security and restrooms, at 6.9 and 7.1 out of 10, respectively. Shopping received a lower grade, at 6.1 out of 10.

Flights at Logan were on time about 80 percent of the time, which is about average.
