Iba Masood, the co-founder and CEO of Gradberry, joined NECN Business to discuss her website, which strives to help recent graduates learn what skills they need and find employment opportunities.
"After I graduated, first year, I realized there was a big gap in the market in terms of a lack of platform that allowed students and fresh graduates to access job opportunities," said Masood.
Masood elaborated on the importance on people having the right skills in an evolving business marketplace.
"We're seeing business models being turned on their heads," said Masood. "We're seeing that there hasn't really been a change in the skills that are being taught to these students at universities.
