Starbucks launched its new Cold Brew coffee in Boston on Tuesday, according to BostInno.

Starbucks Cold Brew is a specialty blend of Latin American and African beans. It is roasted to be served cold.

The cold brewing method uses time, rather than heat, to extract flavor from the beans, according to Starbucks.

The coffee will be available in select stores in the Northeast and Midwest.
