(NECN) - John Chambers, chairman and CEO of networking giant Cisco Systems, delivered the latest in a series of speeches to the Chief Executives' Club of Boston.

The club works in partnership with the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, sponsoring a speakers series at which CEOs adress the challenges facing business today.

Chambers lived in Massachusetts for eight years while working for Wang Laboratories. His remarks may be heard by playing the companion video.
