From California to Pennsylvania, kissing bugs are showing up across huge swaths of the U.S., NBC affiliate KOB reported. Kissing bugs tend to bite people's faces at night. Their bite is painful and can spread Chagas, a tropical disease that can be deadly if not diagnosed and treated.
