A father and son duo murdered a housekeeper in September for insurance money, Colleyville police say.
Anita Fox, 72, was killed inside her employer's home, and police say Gerard and Bernard Gorman planned it.
"Their motive is greed," said Police Chief Michael Holder.
Police identified a possible suspect car. Investigators say that was the break in the case that led them to the Gormans.
"We were able to get a license plate on the vehicle, and we were able to track the vehicle to the Houston area," said Holder.
But by the time they got to Gerard Gorman he had died, apparently of natural causes. Bernard Gorman was tracked down in Florida, where was was arrested Wednesday morning on a charge of first-degree felony murder.

"This is one of the most complex cases I have ever been involved in," said Holder.
Police say Fox's murder was part of an insurance fraud scheme.
Investigators say someone took out a seven-figure insurance policy on her life, one that Fox did not even know about. Court records show Gerard Gorman was paying to maintain it. Police say the two planned it out carefully, and killed her to collect.
"It is believed that they followed her for a few days to determine her habits and the right time to carry out the murder," Holder said.
Police records show Gerard Gorman went into the house while Bernard Gorman waited in the car.
Colleyville police have alerted the Texas Department of Insurance about the case and the FBI has been brought in as well. FBI agents will be looking at the larger investigation and whether others are involved in the insurance fraud.
