These are the stories of the 14 people who died tragically in the San Bernardino mass shooting incident on Dec. 2, 2015

The 14 people killed were different in every way imaginable. Men and women. Younger and older. White, black, Hispanic and Asian. Single and married. Here are the stories of the 14 victims in the San Bernardino shooting rampage as told from their loved ones. Among the killed -- fathers, husbands, partners, the innocent.

Adams married his high school sweetheart. "He was a loving son, brother, husband and daddy to daughter Savannah," his family said. Adams and his wife, Summer, had plans to take their daughter to Disneyland for the first time.

Isaac Amanios, 60
Amanios wanted the American dream, and he had it. The supervising environmental health specialist and his wife, Hiwet, had three beautiful children and a home in Fontana. His cousin, New York Giants player Nat Berhe tweeted about his death. Amanios, originally from Eritrea, and Farook, one of the shooters, sometimes spoke Arabic to each other.

Harry Bowman, 46
Bowman, a lover of the outdoors who doted on his two daughters, had only recently been hired as a statistical analyst for the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health. Shannon Johnson, 45
The college baseball player and ardent sports fan had a great sense of humor. The health inspector lived with his girlfriend in Los Angeles and was a member of the LA mayor's Crisis Response Team. "Shannon was a generous, fun-loving soul, who very much loved his family and friends," loved ones said in a statement.

Daniel Kaufman, 42
Kaufman's boyfriend, Ryan Reyes, was initially told Kaufman was only shot in the arm and was led to believe that he was alive 22 hours after the mass shooting, but was later confirmed to have been killed. Kaufman ran the coffee shop at the social services center where the shootings occurred and was a larger-than-life character, his friends said.
