The thirteenth arrest was made by the Keene Police Department as a result of the continuing investigation into the riotous behavior near Keene State College.
Harrison Gigliotti, 19, of Bradford, Massachusetts, was charged with one felony count of reckless conduct and released on $5,000 bail until his arraignment before the 8th Circuit Court on December 9, 2014.
Gigliotti was identified by images used by law enforcement that are uploaded by citizens or sent directly to police as the investigation into the disturbances on Oct.18-19, during the Keene Pumpkin Festival.
