A Vermont man has been arrested for sexually assaulting a female victim in the early hours of October 31.
The Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations arrested 31-year-old Peter Handy of Burlington on November 2. He is being held at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility for lack of a $25,000 bail.
Handy has past convictions of Unlawful Trespass, Domestic Assault, and Careless and Negligent Operation.
