Police in Mansfield, Massachusetts, say one person is dead after crashing into a large rock and telephone pole Sunday morning.
Police responded to the scene in the area of 1810 West St. Sunday morning around 4:30.
Officials discovered a vehicle with heavy damage and the operator deceased.
Investigation shows the operator lost control of the vehicle and went off the road, striking the rock and pole.
The victim’s name is being withheld pending notification of family.
The accident remains under investigation.
