A man died in a skydiving accident at an airport in Pepperell, Massachusetts, Sunday morning.
The jumper was identified as 37-year-old Daniel Pelrine of Boston's Mattapan neighborhood.
Authorities say Pelrine was an experienced jumper and the parachute was open during the landing at Pepperell Airport.
It is unclear how the accident happened, but the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Transportation Safety Board, Massachusetts State Police and airport officials are investigating.
