A golfer was killed when a golf cart overturned at a Maine golf course on Wednesday, according to police in South Berwick.
The cart was traveling along the path on the 14th hole when it lost control and began to roll down a hill.
The victim, passenger 27-year-old Eric S. Sullivan of Stoughton, Massachusetts, was ejected and sustained massive head trauma.
The driver was treated on scene for minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
