Suspect ID'd in Fatal Stoughton Stabbing

Local and state police are searching for suspect

Police have identified the man sought in connection with a fatal stabbing Friday afternoon in Stoughton, Massachusetts.

Keenan Brasfield, 24, who has ties to Stoughton and Hyde Park, is accused of stabbing Erwins Albert, 36, of Stoughton, shortly before 4 p.m. at 89 Canton St. 

Albert was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital, where he later died.

A witness to the incident said the stabbing occurred after two men argued in the driveway of the Canton Street address.

A man who lives at the house said neither the victim nor the suspect live there.

Stoughton and state police assigned to the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office are investigating. 

The district attorney's office said Brasfield may be armed and should be considered "dangerous and desperate."
