A silver alert was issued for 10-month-old Zaryna Branch and 2-year-old Omar Branch, who New Haven police said the incident appears to be a custodial issue. The children are with their mother, police said.

The baby girl Zaryna  is described as being no bigger than 1 foot, 6 inches at about 25 pounds.

Omar is described as 2 feet tall, 30 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
