Police say a 15-month-old toddler has been struck by a car in Providence, Rhode Island.
Justin Diaz Cabral was taken to Hasbro Children's Hospital Tuesday morning in critical condition.
Police were called to a home on Gillen Street at 9:30 a.m.
Police say the boy was in his driveway when a neighbor who was on her way to work backed out and hit him. The boy's father found him in the driveway shortly after.
The driver involved in this accident has been identified as 28-year-old woman, who was operating a 2006 Cadillac SRX.
The investigation is ongoing.
