Police have arrested two individuals from Massachusetts in connection with the theft of a military personnel's passports.

According to Tyngsborough Police, they responded to a call of two males chasing a male and a female on Lakeview Avenue.  Police recognized the victim from an alleged breaking and entering that happened on Friday.

The victim told police that the two individuals he was chasing, Tamara Reed, 29, and Joseph Anderson, 31, both from Tyngsborough, had stolen his property.

The suspects ran into the woods and after a perimeter was established, Tyngsborough detectives, along with K-9 units from Tyngsborough and Chelmsford, searched the wooded area.

Both suspects were found at approximately 1:15 p.m. and taken into custody.

The stolen items from Friday's home break were recovered, and they included the victim's military and personal passports.  Additional charges may follow.

Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact Tyngsborough Police Detective Lt. Shaun Wagner at (978) 649-9465.
