Police have arrested two Amesbury, Massachusetts, residents they described as substantial drug dealers who were allegedly selling heroin and cocaine from their home in a residential neighborhood.
Christopher Doty and Kristen Cataldo are scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Newburyport District Court on drug and child endangerment charges.
They were arrested Saturday when police executed a search warrant on their home. Lt. William Scholtz tells The Newburyport Daily News (http://bit.ly/1uOxH5k ) that police seized roughly 12 grams of cocaine and heroin, along with more than $7,500 in cash, and several weapons including a blowgun, a stun gun and several double edged knifes.
Police say the couple was selling drugs from the home with two children present.
It's not clear if the defendants have lawyers.
