2 Busted for Heroin, Cocaine Possession in Tewksbury, Mass.

Detectives observed suspects acting suspiciously inside their vehicle

Police in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, have arrested two men for the possession of heroin and crack cocaine with the intent to distribute.

On Friday, police arrested 31-year-old Justin Stilson, of Newmarket, New Hampshire, and 29-year-old Seth McPherson, of Rindge.

Detectives observed Stilson and McPherson acting suspiciously inside of a motor vehicle on Rt. 133 near I-495 in Tewksbury.

Upon approaching the men, detectives observed narcotics inside the vehicle. Both suspects were immediately taken into custody.

Stilson has been charged with the possession of heroin with the intent to distribute. McPherson has been charged with the possession of heroin and crack cocaine with the intent to distribute.

The two men are set to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on January 26.
