    2 Fugitive Sex Offenders Arrested in New Hampshire

    Two fugitive sex offenders have been arrested in New Hampshire.

    Edward Davis, 56, whose last known address was in downtown Rochester, was located by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force at a new residence in East Rochester. 

    Robert Kean, 34, whose last known address was in Farmington, was arrested by the task force after leaving a work site in Dover.

    Davis has been required to register as a sex offender since his 1987 conviction for felonious sexual assault on a child between ages 13-16. He had been wanted on a Stafford County arrest warrant charging him with robbery. He was also wanted for failing to maintain his sex offender registration.

    Davis is being held at the Strafford County Jail, pending his initial court appearance.

    Kean has been required to register as a sex offender since his conviction in 2008 for felonious sexual assault on a child between the ages of 13-16. He was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by Rockingham County for failure to appear on a drug related offense that was issued on March 11. He was also wanted for failing to maintain his sex offender registration. 

    Kean is being held at the Rockingham County Jail, pending his court appearances.
