Several crashes slowed the morning commute on Thursday, including rollovers on Interstate 84 and Route 9.
A dump truck carrying a trailer rolled over on Interstate 84 East in Southington, between exits 28 and 29 and people were walking on the highway.
In New Britain, a rollover temporarily closed Route 9 North, between exits 27 and 28, and Route 72 was down to one lane as it approaches Route 9. After the scene cleared, there were still residual delays.
Another crash closed Kensington Road in Berlin, near Christian Life Church, for several hours.
