No Bail for Rhode Island Dad Charged With Infant Son's Death

The 3-month-old boy reportedly had symptoms of shaken baby syndrome

A Rhode Island father accused of killing his infant son was ordered held without bail at his arraignment on Monday.

Twenty-four-year-old Elias Romero Sr. of Cranston was arrested last week.

Police said his 3-month-old child was not breathing when he was found Thursday at a home on Station Street.

The boy reportedly had symptoms of shaken baby syndrome.

He passed away over the weekend.

Romero is due back in court on July 25.
