Amber Alert Ends Tragically in Conn.

(NECN) - A 2-year-old boy, a six-month-old boy and their grandmother were found dead in Preston, Conn., hours after an Amber alert had been issued for them by Connecticut State Police.

The two boys, Alton Perry, 2, and Ashton Perry, 6 months old, were found along with their grandmother, Debra Denison.

The boys were taken by their grandmother from daycare at about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

They were last seen traveling in a 2002 White Chrysler Town and Country Van when the Amber alert was issued.

According to state police, At approximately 9:30 p.m., police received a 911 call from civilians reporting that a suspicious vehicle was parked near Lake of Isles in Preston, Conn.  It was reported that there were three injured people were inside the car, two of which appeared to be children.

Troopers and EMS responded to the scene.  The vehicle from the Amber Alert was located at the scene. One adult and two children were pronounced dead at the scene by EMS personnel.
