Police Collect 330 Guns in Springfield, Mass. Buyback

    (NECN) - Police in Springfield, Mass. are pleased with the results of this weekend's gun buyback program.

    Police collected more than 330 guns. Residents of Springfield and Hampden County could drop off guns with no questions asked.

    People received $50 gift cards if they turned in working, unloaded firearms. They received $100 gift cards if they turned in an assault rifles.
