Mayor Menino: I Think This Is Bringing Closure to the Case

BOSTON (AP) - Three more suspects were taken into custody in the Boston Marathon bombing case, including two college friends of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev who came to the U.S. from Kazakhstan, officials said Wednesday.

U.S. Attorney's Office tweeted that the three men arrested in connection with Boston Marathon bombing are facing charges of conspiring to obstruct justice and false statements.

The three men arrested in connection with Boston Marathon will appear in federal court at 3:30 in Courtroom 19. Overflow in #20.

Boston Mayor Tom Menino spoke with NECN's Peter Howe and said he was informed by the police commissioner early Wednesday morning that there may be arrests of people who helped the suspect after the bombing.

He said it's all about bringing closure to the case.
