(NECN) - Hartford, Conn. police arrested a man accused of exchanging cash and groceries for sex with an underage girl Thursday.
Our affiliate WVIT reports 55-year-old Ruffino Fernandez is accused of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13 on numerous occasions in 2012.
Police say 29-year-old Wilenlia David brought the girl to him.
They say Fernandez paid her in groceries as well as money.
David remains on the run, and is wanted on charges including prostitution and risk of injury to a minor.
